This Overdose Lifeline project involves collaboration with authors and subject matter experts to design and develop training courses and learning tracks for professional and layperson audiences.
Required the development of a scalable strategy and process for course delivery via on-site, live web, and online self-directed learning platforms. Expanded to include additional revenue opportunity via publication of Train-the-Trainer programs which allow third-party partners to deliver courses within their local communities. Continue to develop courses, manage updates and accountable for the sales and marketing of the training courses and the train-the-trainer programming.
